Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Pickup From Store option is available for all pincodes of Kolkata & Howrah. Once pincode is entered by customer, the option will be visible. On checkout with this option customer can book pickup using (rapido/porter/uber etc.) according to their convenience during the shop hours.
Courier Charges are provided depending on the volumetric weight, location and pincode provided by the customer while placing order.
How long will delivery take?

Delivery within 1–2 days for all orders placed before 12 PM.
Metro Cities
Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days
Rest of India
Delivery within 4–7 working days
North-Eastern States
May take up to 7–10 working days
What exactly happens after ordering?
Order is processed immediately and accordingly dispatched on the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
The invoice is a must for some couriers, so it might be stuck on the parcel. Invoices arent provided since order section has the information already.
For, GST Invoice, Company name and gst details need to be entered upon checkout and the invoice shall be sent via mail id or with the parcel.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please mail us at beetlekraftsco.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with a opening video which is a must for any claims.
Accordingly refund/replacement will be processed for the damaged piece/product.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed:

What is "package tracking" in my orders?
Tracking Details are automatically sent once order is dispatched to the email id provided. Make sure the email id provided is correct and isn’t out of space.
